Welcome to LUSHINGToN
The intent is all for your delight.
At LUSHINGToN, every bottle of sparkling and still wine is crafted to capture a singular moment of balance, natural energy, and the true character of our high-altitude site.
Rooted in the hills above Lyle, Washington, Hi Hill Vineyard sits at 1,888 feet in elevation. First planted in 1978, this unique terroir has been thoughtfully and organically farmed since its inception. Cool mountain winds and rich volcanic soils yield wines defined by electric acidity, pristine minerality, and vibrant structure—making it an exceptional site for traditional-method sparkling wines and expressive single-vineyard bottlings. Today, the vineyard is home to original old-vine Pinot Noir and Riesling, along with Pinot Meunier planted in 2017.
LUSHINGToN is a true one-woman show. From tending the vines and steering each ferment to designing the labels by hand (and building this very website), every detail is driven by passion, craft, and a deep reverence for the land.
Thank you for being here, and I hope you enjoy every sip.
Cheers,
Teddi
