LUSHINGToN makes sparkling and still wines that have balance, energy, and showcase the vineyard’s natural attributes. Hi Hill Vineyard was first planted in 1978 in the hills above Lyle, WA. Sitting at 1888ft in elevation, the site has been organically farmed since its inception. The vineyard is a prime location for sparkling wine with exceptional minerality and heaps of natural acidity; inhabited by old vine Pinot Noir and Riesling, and with Pinot Meunier bearing fruit in 2023. LUSHINGToN is a one woman show; from farming the grapes, to making the wine, designing the labels (even this website).
